Man Charged With DUI On Motorised Esky
June 11th 2008 10:05
With petrol prices going through the roof, I can understand the move to using electricity driven things. This brilliant son of a bitch has an electric motorised esky he drives around town. Sadly, he took life into his own hands and drove it intoxicated. The law punched him in the face Macgyver style, took his esky and now he faces a DUI.
I give this 10 out of 10 Heaps Goods. I bet he was just innocently on his way home from the store with the esky full of mettwurst. See drinking doesn't pay to loose all that meaty loot. On a serious note though don't drink and drive, I never do, Ever.
Except once, I accidenlty crashed the car, my negibours were so pissed about their fence. Thank god they didn't see their dog under the car then, huh?
WHITEHALL - In case you were wondering, a motorized cooler on wheels is a motor vehicle under state law.
Leslie J. "Bomber" Marr, 57, could face felony DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charges because of prior arrests and convictions in drinking-and-driving cases, said Whitehall Police Chief Richard LaChapelle.
"They tell us he's been riding around town on that cooler for years," Kortright said. "You can't cruise around on your cooler if you're intoxicated."
